The heart of Jesus’ prayer in John 17 is that we would dwell in God as naturally as we dwell in our own homes.

I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me (Galatians 5:20). Thank you, Lord!

God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him (1 John 4:16). Thank you, Father!

Jesus' teaching on abiding is the fuller expression of God making His home in us!

Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you (James 4:8). Thank you, Abba!

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). Thank you, Lord!

I have hidden Your Word in my heart that I might not sin against You (Psalm 119:11). You are worthy of my all!

Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him” (John 14:23). Thank you, Jesus!

And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns (Philippians 1:6, NLT). Glory to God!

But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! Thank you, Holy Spirit.

Jesus knows his sheep, and they recognize and follow His voice—which forms the foundation for genuine spiritual intimacy.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him (James 1:5). Thank you, Lord!

And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26). Thank you, Father!

We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God and take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Thank you, Holy Spirit!

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect (Romans 12:2). Use us, Lord!

He who calls you is faithful; He will surely do it (1 Thessalonians 5:24). Thank you, Lord!

We must live in the Holy Spirit and follow after Him (Galatians 5:25). Thank you, Holy Spirit!

Being transformed from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3:18). Thank you, Holy Spirit!

Family, God has been so good — even when life’s been messy, and progress feels slow, He’s still at work in you. If you’ve ever felt the urge to throw in the towel, take heart: He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion. Let go of trying to do it all alone. Stay near Jesus, let His desires shape yours, and run the race He’s set for you with confidence — you’re not finishing this on your own.

As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today (Genesis 50:20). Glory Hallelujah!

“No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day” (John 6:44). Thank you, Father!

And I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6). Thank you, Holy Spirit!

Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it” (Jeremiah 1:12). Glory, Hallelujah!

And those whom He predestined He also called, and those whom He called He also justified, and those whom He justified He also glorified (Romans 8:30).

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Thank you, Holy Spirit!

Keeping Christ’s commandments becomes the pathway to remaining in his love (John 15:1-11), transforming obedience from external rule-following into relational intimacy.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17). Thank you, Jesus!

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:10). Thank you, Father!

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever (Psalm 23). Thank you, Jesus!

You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart (Jeremiah 29:13). My Lord! My God!

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Hallelujah!

Answers flow from presence, His presence. Praise God!
