On today's episode Kristin talks about how the holidays can be a hard time for many people- they can bring up strained relationships, or money struggles, missing a loved one who has passed, or being alone for the holidays. Kristin shaes a few ideas to try to navigate those feelings during this season to acknowledge those feelings, and to also focus on small things we are thankful for and practices that may help us enjoy the season a little more or at least moments during this season.
