Today I am discussing the power of meditation. What started as a practice of five minutes each morning has grown into more than I could have ever imagined. It has completely changed my relationship with and understanding of God as well as my life. In just one year of doing this daily, I have found so many incredible benefits of meditation. These are: 1. Reduced stress. 2. Eliminates anxiety. 3. Improved state of mind. 4. Provides inner peace. 5. Heightens intuition. 6. Increased faith. 7. Increased resilience.
