He hates Americans, and he just tried to kill two of them. Just days before this lethal encounter, Jamal Wali was pulled over for driving on a suspended license. In 2018 he was charged with eluding and resisting. On April 23 'Today's the day' as Wali engaged with a Fairfax County officer on a stop and intended ultimate escalation against the officers, who ultimately were wounded by Wali.
