Podcast host Lynnaia Jacobsen introduces City of St. Paul’s new division of the City Attorney’s office; Office of Neighborhood Safety (ONS) and discusses the reason for their existence and what ONS does. Guests include St. Paul City Attorney Lyndsey Olson - who was the mastermind behind interpreting the request of the Community First Public Safety Commission, ONS Deputy Director Rachel Holzemer - who was charged with putting together the pieces for building the department, and ONS Director Brooke Blakey - who is carrying out the mission day by day.
