In this haunting throwback episode, we revisit the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Honeymoon, the chilling debut feature from director Leigh Janiak. Joining her is star Harry Treadaway (Penny Dreadful, Mr. Mercedes), whose performance as Paul anchors the film’s descent into psychological horror.
Set in a remote lakeside cabin, Honeymoon follows newlyweds Bea and Paul as their idyllic retreat spirals into dread. After a night of strange events, Paul finds Bea disoriented in the woods. What follows is a slow unraveling of identity, intimacy, and trust — a terrifying meditation on the fear that the person you love may no longer be who they seem.
