In a ruling issued on February 6th, and posted on the 7th to the Berks Prothonotary’s website, Judge James Gavin ruled that the township’s complaint is dismissed without prejudice, ruling heavily against Exeter Township in their attempt to waste taxpayer money chasing legal phantoms.
