Show Notes
In the fall of 1982, seven people in Chicago died, all of cyanide poisoning from taking cyanide-tainted Extra-Strength Tylenol. The individual or individuals responsible for this were unknown. When two local residents in Seattle, Washington, died four years later after consuming cyanide-laced Extra-Strength Excedrin, people were left wondering if there was a copycat killer on the loose, how many victims would there end up being, and would anyone be caught and brought to justice for this horrifically familiar crime?
