Show Notes
This week, Dean DeVore welcomes Dr. Jim Fredericks, Chief Entomologist & Vice President of Technical and Regulatory Affairs of the National Pest Management Association back to the podcast to get the latest information on the rise of ticks this summer.
Ticks are dangerous pests capable of transmitting debilitating diseases at increasingly alarming rates. Unfortunately, these tickborne illnesses can easily go undiagnosed and have long-lasting consequences, as some cause symptoms that can be confused for the flu while others result in strange developments such as a red meat allergy.
Dr. Fredericks joins the show to share all the necessary tips and tricks to stay safe and healthy this summer and, ultimately, keep these pesky pests at bay.
