At the American Meteorological Society’s (AMS) 102nd Annual Meeting Dan was awarded the prestigious Charles L. Mitchell Award. This award recognizes: “Exceptional forecast services provided to stakeholders for over 40 years, as exemplified through his unwavering support of the broadcast sector and training of meteorologists.”
