The former Manchester United and Chelsea supremo is reportedly wanting to take the club off Mike Ashley's hands after failing to get a deal done last year.
Kenyon has gone into bat with US-based GACP , who also own Ligue 1 side Bordeaux, and has produced a 46-page brochure detailing his plans.
