Happy New Year everyone…wait, it’s February already!? It’s been way too long since our last cast, so with Dr Matt Pavlic being fresh out of basic training, we decided to finally have the Canadian answer to Rambo back on the cast! Joining us tonight is the UK’s Callum Smith, who recently played a major role in the development Legacy’s hottest deck in town right now: Grixis Phoenix. Callum finished as runner-up in a recent 100+ player Legacy Challenge with it and provides an introduction on how to burn down and reignite phoenixes.

Since Callum already covered the ins-and-out of the deck on the latest Eternal Durdles episode (which will release next week I believe), we then move on to focus more on the general Legacy metagame as we bring Mat up-2-speed for his first Legacy tournament in about half a year.
