Show Notes

Besides being my sister-in-law, Hedieh Fakhriyazdi is also a big time player in one of the world's largest law firms. Hedieh, a first generation Iranian American, serves as the Head of Weil's U.S. social responsibility initiatives including overseeing all aspects of the Weil, Gotshal & Manges Foundation, including multimillion dollar corporate and foundation charitable giving portfolio, program development and implementation, strategy and senior stakeholder engagement. A proud member of the Bahá'í Faith and advocate for social equality and justice everywhere, Hedieh's conversation about what true diversity looks like and how we all have a greater social responsibility more than ever comes at a crucial time in US history.
