Adelaide Uni Professor Derek Abbott has worked for 15 years to solve the mystery of the Somerton Man, who was found dead at Somerton beach in December 1948. A DNA match with "99.9%" accuracy to a distant cousin, finds the mystery man is 43yo Fitzroy-born Carl Webb, cka Charles.
