While a trial of e-scooters on Adelaide streets has been underway for some years, private e-scooters have been available for sale. But many owners of the machines are unaware they are intend for use on private property only and can't legally be ridden on public roads and footpaths. Matthew discuss e-scooters with Harold Scruby from the Pedestrian Council.
