A trailer crashed into the SUKE highway construction site yesterday evening, causing its metal scafflolding to collapse onto a passing van, killing two passengers and injuring three other people. We speak with Soo Chee Yeong about the safety precautions that trailer drivers have to take, and what might have led to this accident.
