Oil-and-gas company Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd and its four top executives were charged with submitting a false statement to Bursa Malaysia last December. Just last Friday, they were acquitted of all charges by the Attorney General’s Chambers. We look at the impact this could have on the integrity of the capital markets.
