The federal government has proposed to drop whipping as a form of punishment for minors found guilty of criminal acts. The Bill to overhaul the Child Act 2001, was tabled for its first reading in the Dewan Rakyat today. On Talkback today, we’re asking, are you in favour of making caning illegal overall?
