The Shah Alam High Court has allowed Nigerian national Simon Momoh’s judicial review application against the Immigration Department’s order to detain and deport him, and subsequently, Judge Shahnaz Sulaiman has ruled that a traffic offence is not a justification for the deportation order. To celebrate the news, Simon shares how he feels about the ruling.
