Recently we have been all up in arms about the not-quite-ready proposal of a universal healthcare system affectionately known as 1Care, which is supposed to cover everyone at 10% of their household income.
However, in all the excitement about whether that 10% was a reasonable sum and who was going to pay it, had anyone considered the fact that there is absolutely no medical insurance cover at all for people living with HIV and AIDS.
