Six-year-old boy Zayn Rayyan was reported missing on Dec 5, and then tragically found dead a day later. Police say the autopsy indicates that the cause of death was from injuries to the neck believed to be caused by strangulation, and have reclassified the case as murder. We talk to child rights activist Datin PH Wong about how cases like this should be handled, and the role of community in keeping children safe.
