Show Notes
Science has led us to finding out things that we have today - without science, the world in which we live in would be a very different place. There’d be no mobile phones, no Internet, no Facebook, heck - we wouldn’t even have this show or a radio station.
Science is based on curiosity - and the how to’s.
Somehow, some of us have lost that curiosity; some of us have stopped asking ‘how?’ and ‘why’? On the flip-side there are people who think that we should know more, that we should be aware of some of the fundamental scientific principles that make up our world. After all, some of these principles are not exactly rocket science.
In the studio with us were a couple of people from a group that call themselves A.P.O.S.L - The Advocates For The Propagation Of Scientific Literacy. They feel that too many people are simply not curious anymore - and they want to change that.
