Last month, five Bornean MPs called for one-third of parliamentary seats to be from Sabah and Sarawak. This demand is in line with the terms outlined in the 1963 Malaysia Agreement (MA63). We look at the significance of this demand and the challenges that stand in the way of achieving it.
