2013 has been a year rocked with news of custodial deaths. As of early June 2013, 10 deaths have been recorded, with news report stating that these detainees had died of natural causes, though some post mortems after established otherwise. Families of the deceased and the public are shocked and outraged at the rising figures and have demanded that swift action be taken to seriously investigate these deaths.
