The Federal Court has upheld the acquittal of S.Ambika, who was charged for murdering her domestic worker, Adelina Lisao 4 years ago. Indonesia has accepted but expressed their disappointment with the verdict. We look at what this outcome indicates about the will to protect the safety and wellbeing of foreign domestic workers in Malaysia.
