Over the weekend, there was a motorcycle convoy from Penang to Putrajaya, of contract hospital cleaners, aiming to deliver a memo to the Health Minister, Khairy Jamaluddin. Khairy has responded and said he would work to find solutions to help with the problems faced by contract workers. We speak to Sivaranjani Manickam, who was part of the convoy, on the significance of this events.
