Rural Development Minister Rina Harun received backlash for initially proposing to only provide funds for village development to Pakatan-led states. Opposition-led states would have to wait for a month before receiving them. The Deputy Prime Minister has come out to say all states will receive the funds but how did the faux pas happen in the first place?
