前美國總統拜登公開罹患攝護腺癌，引發全球關注男性健康。全台每年大約有9,000人確診攝護腺癌，死亡率居高不下，其中一個原因是3成病友確診已晚期合併癌轉移，當荷爾蒙療法和化療失效，不但常因癌症轉移至骨骼造成劇烈疼痛、影響生活之外，還可能面臨無藥可用窘境。今天特別來和和信治癌中心醫院核子醫學科黃玉儀主任聊一聊。
