依照現行規定，確診者需進行5天之居家隔離，過程中禁止外出，因此在11月21日至26日之間經醫師通報確診者，無法前往投票。至於確診者之密切接觸者，例如同住家人，因密切接觸者採「0+7自主防疫」，取消居家檢疫，因此密切接觸者可以外出前往投票。
