Show Notes
The Supreme Court makes a major ruling that a widely used abortion drug mifepristone will remain available for now. Two weeks ago a Trump appointed federal judge suspended the medication’s approval by the FDA. Then, an appeals court decided to impose restrictions on the drug. Now, the Supreme Court has stopped the lower court rulings from taking place until the appeals process works its way through the system. Plus, Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) joins to discuss calls for Sen. Feinstein (D-Calif.) to resign.
