House Speaker Mike Johnson is about the hold a second vote to impeach the Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas after his humiliating failure to do that successfully just a week ago. So, does he have the votes tonight? Also, we are less than two hours from polls closing in the critical special election to replace Congressman George Santos. It's a seat that Democrats are saying they feel confident about flipping. Plus, it could end Trump’s business empire as we know it and enforce the former president to pay a $370 million penalty.
