Ukraine is accused of striking a vital hub for Putin’s military while Russia resorts to pictures of rubble to convince the public to get behind the war. This as at least two people died and dozens more were left injured after Russian forces struck a medical facility in the city of Dnipro. Plus, the Department of the Treasury is warning it has $39 billion left in cash as Janet Yellen moves the debt ceiling deadline. Also, a Chinese comedian made a joke about the communist party and was fined $2 million with possible jail time.
