Hundreds of officers from local and federal agencies are now combing the rural area near Lewiston, Maine after a mass shooting left at least 18 dead and 13 injured. Robert Card, 40, is facing an arrest warrant for eight counts of murder and should be considered armed and dangerous. Law enforcement officials tell CNN Card is a certified firearms instructor and a member of the U.S. Army Reserve.
