As US District Judge Tanya Chutkan prepares to set a trial date for former President Trump's 2020 election subversion case, she issued a protective order Friday barring Trump from publicly disclosing "sensitive" information, adding that any "inflammatory" remarks could speed up the trial. This while a Georgia grand jury gets set to weigh additional charges against former President Trump. Plus, Attorney General Merrick Garland announces that special counsel is now investigating Hunter Biden, after his earlier plea deal collapsed.
