The U.S. Supreme Court's majority ruling in West Virginia vs. EPA blocks prevents the EPA from enacting large-scale restrictions on carbon dioxide production. This is victory for eco-sanity since human CO2 emissions don't control the climate. The ruling is also a big win for the economy since fossil fuels are vital to modern life.

More, the SCOTUS ruling upholds Congress’ role in setting major policies through legislation, rather than a "pen and a phone" in the executive office. CO2 is beneficial. Nothing humans do to restrain it can control the weather, but efforts to do so can wreak havoc on human lives and livelihoods.
