Colleen MacKinnon is a native of Escondido; her family family moved here in 1952. Colleen is active in many community service organizations from the Rotary Club of Escondido to the Escondido Community Foundation. She Joined the Yes On Measure I Committee as Co-Chair in June.
The City’s funding issues are complex and long-standing. The Yes On Measure I Committee shares how it could be a tremendously impactful way to solve this problem.
