Go to sleep, stretch in the bed, relax and take deep breaths
Sleep in faith, use your faith believe The Lord is listening to you, ask Jesus and your angels to give you a good night sleep. Breathing deep hold for 6 and breathe out slowly longer than six, will slow your heart and mind down concentration on breathing. Look to the darkness with your eyes close this will activate your natural melatonin. Hope it helps. Oh one more thing, hug your self and say good night ๐ค
