I am saying I will walk 10,000 steps minimum a day for seven days and see what happens. Thank you for checking with me. Weigh in at 182! At the end of 7 days after walking 12,500 average steps a day my weight was up at 183.5 ? But in the 9th day it was down to 180! I’ll keep it going feeling energized.
