The Batmans Director, Matt Reeves, is set to helm a new Apple TV series, The Bonfire of the Vanities, based on Tom Wolfes novel. This comes as a blow to fans eager for The Batman Part Three. Reeves will continue work on The Batman Part Two, scheduled for release in 2027. The Bonfire of the Vanities, a story of a Wall Street hotshots downfall, will be scripted by David E. Kelly and produced by Warner Bros. Television.
