The remaining issues, including breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding retaliation, will head to trial on May eighteenth. The judge ruled that Lively couldnt bring harassment charges in federal court since she was an independent contractor, not an employee, and the suit was filed in the wrong spot. Baldonis team expressed relief that the heavy claims have been dismissed, while Livelys career has taken a hit with only one film in the works.
