Federal Judge Dismisses Most of Blake Livelys Sexual Harassment Claims Against Justin Baldoni
In a recent ruling, a federal judge in New York dismissed most of Blake Livelys sexual harassment claims against Justin Baldoni from their movie It Ends With Us. The judge, Lewis Liman, stated that the claims under California law do not apply as the incidents occurred outside of that state. The feud, which has been ongoing for over a year, began when Lively filed a lawsuit in December 2024, alleging harassment, defamation, and privacy invasions during filming. Despite the mixed buzz, the film still grossed over $351 million worldwide. A few claims, such as retaliation against Baldonis Wayfarer Studios and contract issues, remain, with a possible trial set for May 18th.
