Former Turnstile guitarist, Brady OBrien Ebert, arrested in Maryland for allegedly attempting to run over his neighbor, William Yates, father of the bands lead singer, Brendan Yates. The incident, caught on camera, resulted in Yates hospitalization with serious injuries. Ebert faces charges of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault, and has been held without bail since his arrest. The altercation appears to stem from tensions following Eberts departure from Turnstile in August 2022.
