Show Notes

Shaun Coffey is an Author, Speaker, Trauma survivor, and Mental Health Advocate. Shaun co-authored the stigma-breaking book, "Boys Do Cry" and shares his life experiences in hopes that it reaches those who need to harness their self-worth and overcome the obstacles standing in the way of their truths. He currently works as a case manager for a transitional housing program for veterans experiencing homelessness. He graduated from the same program in 2014, and stated: "Helping others reach their potential when they sometimes can't see it, is the most rewarding and inspiring thing to be a part of."
