Nate Sherk is a former Muay Thai and MMA fighter, jiujitsu blackbelt, firearms instructor, strength and conditioning coach, father of 2, and all around a Renaissance Man.
I had a great time chatting to my long time MMA teammate and friend about his recent body transformation, competing at a black belt level, moving back to California, the rise in crime in Chicago, his love for firearms, politics, and the great joys of fatherhood!
