因为打分是主观题目以及每次写作口语题目难度不同有起伏
2. 看复习时间
e.g. 满足上一个条件+全天复习（大约4-6hr）=尝试自学
低于4hr建议借助外力
3. 补充 借助外力（报班）的目的是提升复习效率
（尽量找能够课后有辅助的班/而不是仅仅听课）
