🌟 First up on today's vocabulary list is the verb "recount", followed by another verb "blare". Moving on, we explore the nouns "defeat" and "balaclava". Last but not least, we take a look at the verb "apprehend".

After that, we get straight into a gripping story where a bad hair day on a rubbish Monday morning leads to unexpected heroism. Despite facing scary-looking robbers in balaclavas, our protagonist refuses to succumb to defeat. They manage to use a beanie as a weapon, fighting them off, proving that anything is possible, even on a Monday morning!
