  1. Does it work?
  2. Is it too centralized in one place?
    1. a person/pastor
    2. a deacon team or board
  3. Does it represent multiple segments of your church community?
  4. Can it accommodate growth?
  Some other things to consider
  1. Get examples from effective churches
  2. Train up and empower others
    1. Allow for as many decisions to be made at the lowest level possible
  3. Evaluate your structure often
  4. Continually look for new leaders
  5. Get outside help.
