He started a consulting business, mysportsscience.com, where he advises teams and organizations. Jeukendrup is currently head of nutrition for the Dutch Olympic Committee, Jumbo-Visma pro cycling team, the Red Bull Athlete Performance Center and several other professional nutrition and exercise organizations.
