Show Notes

Today we talk about the idea that it’s never too late to take ownership of your health — and that a lot of the aches, pain, and decline people chalk up to ‘just getting older’… might not actually be inevitable.

Our guest is Mimi Morgan - and her story is incredible.

Mimi is a fitness & movement practitioner, survivor, and inspiration who’s transformed her health in her late 60s and early 70s through unconventional means.

She’s documented overcoming severe chronic illness, including Parkinsons, rheumatoid arthritis, stroke, and serious infections, ultimately regaining function, strength, and vitality. Along the way she transitioned her diet and stepped away from medications entirely, and now lives an extremely active life.

In this conversation, we talk about:

  • Why so many people accept pain and decline as “normal”
  • The difference between aging and giving up responsibility for your health
  • How Mimi rebuilt strength, function, and vitality later in life
  • What actually matters when you’re trying to heal
  • Why it’s almost never “too late” to start

This episode is a powerful reminder that your body is more adaptable than you’ve been led to believe — and that ownership, curiosity, and consistency matter more than age.
