In Episode 206 I sit down with my Brother Johnny Martinez. Johnny and I first connected when he attended a Guns & Gis as a student. We then went to Costa Rica together to attend an Ayahuasca Ceremony and a true bond was formed! He's a former Marine, and savage jiu jitsu practitioner and someone that has really delved into growth and healing through the use of plant medicine ceremonies. I really enjoyed this episode taking a dive into being present and having intention behind everything you do. I think a little cannabis helped set the tone!
